Parveen Dagar began his yoga journey at just 10 years old under the guidance of Dr. Ramjeet Yogacharya, who introduced him to traditional practice, discipline, and body awareness.
Those early lessons shaped his lifelong commitment to understanding the body, breath, and the healing power of mindful movement.
Today, with 14+ years of teaching experience, Parveen is known for his calm presence, precise observation, and deeply therapeutic approach.
For the last 9 years, he has dedicated himself to Therapeutic Yoga & Alignment-Based Practice, helping people relieve:
through safe, intelligent, prop-supported yoga.

Parveen continues to refine his understanding of body mechanics, alignment, and therapeutic techniques under Drs. Abhay & Usha Keste — senior certified Iyengar Yoga teachers known for their precision and clarity.
He holds an M.A. in Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar, where he deepened his study of yogic philosophy, anatomy, and the science of movement.
